About me

Hello, my name is Sven and I am passionate about agile leadership, digital transformation and how automation in any way can transform the way we live. This can be applied to your personal as well as your business life and automation can come in any form, like home automation or business process automation.

My second big passion are people and how as a person you can inspire and help people grow.

With my job as managing director for Nagarro in Germany I can combine both of these passions to work with my colleagues so that they can grow and deliver big value by working with my customers looking for efficiencies that can be created by digital transformation and automation.
